1. Scope

These general conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as “CGV”) apply to all sales of online products made by Woof and Woman (hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”) in Switzerland.

 

2. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions

Any order placed with the Seller implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The General Terms and Conditions prevail over any other general or specific conditions, unless the Seller has prior written agreement.

 

3. Products

The products offered by Woof and Woman are described precisely on the Seller's website. The photographs illustrating the products are only indicative and are not contractual.

 

4. Price

Product prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) and are inclusive of all taxes. Delivery costs are not included in the price displayed and are the responsibility of the Buyer, unless otherwise indicated.

 

5. Orders

Orders are placed online via the Seller's website. The Buyer must provide accurate and complete information when ordering. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of non-compliance with these General Terms and Conditions or in the event of a previous dispute with the Buyer.

The items offered on the Woof and Woman website are all handmade and sometimes made to order. Therefore, delivery times of the item are always specified approximately when placing the order.

 

However, if despite our vigilance the items cannot be made after your order or are no longer available, we will inform you by email and invite you to cancel or modify your order. In the latter case and as far as possible, we will provide you with a replacement item of equivalent quality and price.

 

6. Payment

Payment for orders is made online by credit card or any other means of payment accepted by the Seller. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. No product will be shipped before payment is received.

 

7. Delivery

The Seller undertakes to ship the products as soon as possible after receipt of payment. The delivery times indicated are given for information only and do not constitute a firm commitment on the part of the Seller. Delivery costs and any customs duties are the responsibility of the Buyer.

 

8. Returns and Refunds

In the event of a defective product or one that does not conform to the order, the Buyer has 7 days from receipt to request a return and a refund. Return costs are the responsibility of the Seller. For any return request, the Buyer must contact the Seller.

 

9. Liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible for indirect or immaterial damage resulting from the use of the products. The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

 

10. Protection of personal data

The Seller collects and processes the Buyer's personal data in accordance with its privacy policy. The data collected is used only within the framework of the commercial relationship between the Seller and the Buyer.

 

11. Applicable rights and legal forum

The applicable law is Swiss law, and any dispute will be handled by the Nyon District Court.
